We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Korean Skincare Queens is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Free shipping may be available for orders that meet the threshold displayed on our site. Promotional shipping offers are subject to change.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email listed in our Contact Information policy.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.
